How do I purchase RocketNET credits?
To purchase RocketNET credits, begin by logging into your account by clicking on
the “Account” button at the top of the RocketNET home page.
Once logged into your account, click the “Purchase Credits” button found at the
top of the right-side column.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
If you have a promo code, be sure to enter in Step 1. Your promotional credits will
be issued after the purchase it complete.
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep this email as your
receipt.
If you ever need to request a receipt, you can give us a call and we can send you
a new one.
How do I upgrade my RocketNET internet package?
Note: In order to upgrade your internet service, you must have credits available
on your account.
To change your internet package, begin by logging into your account by clicking
on the “Account” button at the top of the RocketNET home page.
Once logged into your account, click the “Edit” button found below your account
summary information.
At the bottom of your account details page, you will find the “Internet Details”
section.
Here you will find the status of your internet, either “On”, “Off” or” Suspended.”
Choose your internet service level by selecting an option from the list.
Finally, you can turn on or off Star Power by selecting the appropriate option.
You can see the effect your changes will have on your internet speed by reviewing
the “Internet Speed Details” section.
Credits/Day is the number of credit that will be deducted from
your account everyday at midnight, using the internet settings you have selected.
Bandwidth is maximum amount of bandwidth dedicated to your account,
using the internet settings you have selected.
Priority is the total network priority, based on a 10 point scale.
You can tell from this number where your internet traffic will fall in line when
it hits our routing equipment.
You are free to upgrade your internet service level as often as you would like.
However, you may only downgrade your service once every 24 hours.
So save your changes, simply click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
You will need to log back into the RocketNET network for the settings to take place.
You might also need to reboot your computer to refresh your settings on the network.
How do I connect to RocketNET internet?
In order to access RocketNET internet, you must first log-in using your RocketNET
username and password. If you do not have this information, you can request it from
either your property leasing staff or by contacting RocketNET support.
Once you have your username and password, enter the information into the RocketNET
login page. You can prompt the login page by navigating to any webpage for the first
time. Once logged in, you will not be required to enter this information again for
approximately 1 week. Upon logging in for the first time, you might also need to
reboot your computer to refresh your settings on the network.

How do I setup my Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, or iPhone?
In order to use a network device, such as an Xbox, on the RocketNET network, you
must first register the device’s MAC address. This address is like a license plate
and is unique to your specific piece of hardware.
To register your network device, begin by logging into your account by clicking
on the “Account” button at the top of the RocketNET home page.
Once logged into your account, at the bottom of your account page, you will find
a list called “My Network Devices.” Click the (show X items) link to display your
devices.
This list displays any existing devices that you have previously registered and
also gives you the option to add a new device.
Locate the MAC address of the device you would like to add. This is usually found
on a sticker stuck to the bottom or side of the device and is always 12 characters
long and is comprised of both letters and numbers.
It may be in either of the following formats:
- xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
- xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx
- xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
If you are unable to locate this number, please refer to your product’s documentation
for further assistance.
Once you have located your device’s MAC address, enter the device into the MAC address
field on the RocketNET account page. Please remember to follow the proper formatting
convention (XXXX.XXXX.XXXX).
Enter a description of the device like “Xbox” or “iPhone” for future reference.
After completing the simple form, click the green action button to finish adding
your network device.
Depending on the device you’re adding, it might be ready to plug in and use right
away. If not, it’s a device we don’t recognize and it get’s submitted for approval.
If we have any questions about the device, we will contact you right away. Otherwise,
expect your newly added device to work within a few minutes.
How do I view my past purchases?
To view your past RocketNET purchases, begin by logging into your account by clicking
on the “Account” button at the top of the RocketNET home page.
Once logged into your account, below your account summary information, you will
find a list called “My Payment History.” Click the (show X items) link to display
your history.
This list displays any past payments that were made to your account.
How do I view my RocketNET credit usage?
To view your past RocketNET purchases, begin by logging into your account by clicking
on the “Account” button at the top of the RocketNET home page.
Once logged into your account, below your account summary information, you will
find a list called “My Credit History.” Click the (show X items) link to display
your history.
This list displays any past credit transactions that took place on your account.
Positive numbers are purchases.
Negative numbers are daily usage.
You will find your current balance at the bottom of the list.
How do I change my username or password?
To change your password, begin by logging into your account by clicking on the “Account”
button at the top of the RocketNET home page.
Once logged into your account, click the “Edit” button found below your account
summary information.
At the bottom of your account details page, you will find the “Login Details” section.
Note: At this time, you are not able to change your username.
To change your password, enter a new password in the “Password” field.
Confirm the password you just entered by typing it again in the “Confirm Password”
field.
All passwords must meet the minimum complexity requirements below:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must contain a minimum of 1 upper case letter
- Must contain a minimum of 1 lower case letter.
- Must contain a minimum of 1 number.
- Must NOT contain your username.
Once you’ve entered a password that meets the requirements, click the “Save” button.
You will receive an email shortly confirming your password change.
